All Service Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Dennis was sent to us by our home warranty company to replace our disposal. He insisted on getting the copay up front then a few days later we were told he did not have the funds to purchase the disposal to replace the broken one. Basically he committed fraud, he knew he could not pay for the part when he took the money. Beware of this guy.

I was recommended to Dennis by my Brother-In-Law. Dennis was supposed to be at my house this morning between 9:30am and 10am. At 10:15am Dennis called to tell me that the Cable people had been at his house since 8:00am and still were not done. He said that they were having to replace all the cable at his house. He wanted to know if he could call me when he was able to come. I replied that I had to leave for work in an hour and a half. He asked did I want to reschedule and I politely said no, and we ended the call. I thought that I should give him my reasoning for declining another appointment so I called him back. I told him that I wanted to share with him... and he immediately just started telling me that he wasn't going to listen, that I was ugly with him in an agitated tone... I could not get in a word and he ended with telling me to have a blessed day and hung up. I would have liked to shared with him that he knew he would not be able to be at my house at the appointment time. If he had called me prior to his arrival time and shared then what was going on, I would have certainly made a another appointment, I know how cable issues are. However, I felt it very unprofessional as to allow me to expect him for 45 minutes when he knew he wouldn't be here.

Dennis came, he saw, he conquered. Did an awesome job and completed on same day that was called. I sub-contracted through Lowes because I got a much better deal on material and still very reasonable for labor. I would use this company again.

I began by calling and leaving a message. It was after 7PM, so I expected a return call the next day. No way! I received a call back within an hour and was able to request estimates, which was done the following day. But more importantly, Mr. Macon, not only checked the problems I requested, he was able to identify a problem that had not been detected (i.e. leak in yard) and that might not have be identified for weeks and ultimately would have resulted in a very high water bill. All Services Plumbing is a small, conscientious, efficient and highly professional company. I have found a company with which to do business for many years to come! Our backyard becomes soggy every time we turn on the outside faucet. They tested the sprinkler system, they monitored the water meter movement. The outcome was that we have an underwater spring moistening our yard and need to put in a corragted pipe, there was no leak in the sprinkler system. They did not charge us any fees. They even returned when they had an idea to help us with counteract the problem. They were very friendly and very respectful. I recommend this plummer to everyone!
