+ -1 moreScheduled appointment between 0800 and noon. On day of appointment, I call to advise them that I had a minor medical situation and would call back when available. When I called at 0900 to say that I was available from then until noon, the representative said they would call back to confirm. They never did call back and I chose another vendor.
