Description of Work: I purchased an action building from this company. They said they had a 2 to 3 week waiting list, but after i was approved, they was out to my house in less then week. they built it on site in less then a day, good service. when I moved to my new home I was a little worried because I paid them (action building) to move it to my new location. I had to call them a couple of times because their mover was hard to get in-touch with. Once the mover came and picked up the storage unit, he did a great job with transporting it and setting it back up.

playground equipment
 + -1 moreWe saw a sign that said they had playsets on sale for children. We purchased the playset last Friday and we let them know our grandson was coming this week and asked if we could get it set up before he comes and they said they could do it Monday. After we left we realized we spent too much money and we tried to call them back to see if we could cancel it out and they didn't answer. My husband went back the next morning as soon as they opened to see if he could cancel it and they said they would still charge us $225 as per the contract, the manager said he already paid the workers who were going to come out and set up the playground and if he canceled the job and got the money back from them they would leave him and never do another job with him again. We are repeat customers and tried everything we could because this was out of our price range. The salesperson, not the manager, said if we came back within the next 30 days to buy a playset he would credit us back the $225, which is so hard for us to understand, since he said they already paid the employees to do the work, how could they give us that money back? We will never go back to them again for anything, we were so disappointed!
Description of Work: We bought a playset for my grandson from them, they were suppose to come and install it and we ended up wanting to get a refund because it was too expensive. They did not come to install it, the explaination is below.
