Great plumbing work done by ACE Plumbing Company. They were very helpful.

They had to go inside the wall to replace the copper pipe but they were very careful to cut straight lines and tape the piece of dry wall they had to move back in place. They did not repair it but that was explained to me before the work was done. However, they made it easier for me to have someone to replace it. I was very please with the care they took in taping the wall back in place.

Extremely punctual and professional. They did not have the required cartridge on the truck, but promptly got one from a local supply house. Work was completed promptly and accurately. Total cost was $187.50

Already purchased disposal, only needed labor to install.

I set up an appointment a week prior to have a drain cleared. I took the day off for this and other appointments. The appointment was for 12 today...it's is now 3:01. I called at 12:30 to see what was going on...the receptionist stated she would check. I get a call at 2:45 stating they were on their way...whelp I have to leave now for my other appointment. They stated we would have to reschedule for tomorrow...ummm nope because I will be at work. I asked for an explanation as to why and was told a previous appointment ran long. I could have been advised of that earlier and was not. Needless to say I will not use them in the future. I had to contact another plumber and hopefully I will hear from them soon...

Was quoted over the phone no more than $500 and sent a guy out and he said about $350 and would get back to me. Fast forward a couple days with zero communication I contact Ace Plumbing and they sent another contractor out and he stated the project couldn’t be done less that $700-1000. They were punctual and had knowledge obviously about plumbing but their communication was beyond horrible through out the company. I would suggest a different company just over varying pricing and lack of communication from their part.

They responded promptly. Chad (the employee) found the cracked pipe quickly and repaired it. He also repaired another issue identified to him. He finally recommended that the area be allowed to dry before the wall is repaired. He was extremely professional.

The company was ready to go to work, the day after my initial telephone call. The tech telephoned me b4 traveling to the job site to prequalify work to be done. The tech picked up the appliances. Their mfr of choice for water heaters is RHEEM. We requested a Moen kitchen faucet. The water heater was installed in two hours. The kitchen sink faucet in forty-five minutes. The tech and one helper performed the work. The tech was prepared for a worst case scenario as pertains to resolving a leaking outdoor water faucet with a faucet handle performing a 360 degree movement when turning the water on and off. A washer specifically for the faucet handle had disintegrated. The TECH had a "match" for a replacement washer. Tension was restored to faucet handle movement and the leak was stopped. I did not "shop around" for the "best buy" as pertains to performing these services. I picked Ace Plumbing solely because they were remotely checked to be a certified plumber per Angie's List standards. For your reference, and I could be wrong; I estimate Ace Plumbing received "contractor pricing" for the appliances. If I had purchased the aforementioned water heater I believe I would have paid $935.00. Per local code, I had to have a thermal expansion device installed on the water heater. I believe that would have cost me $50.00. The kitchen sink faucet - - $80+. Labor/profit for the contractor I estimate would range from 30-45% of the total bill. I received a consolidated billing/vice price per action on my paper bill. I paid for the services after work was performed with a personal check. I am satisfied with the work performed by this Ace Plumbing team. The team knew their job and were experienced. As with all contractors, if you are ready for the work to be done, they will come.

The plumer was very friendly and courteous. He fixed everything in a timely manner. He did a superb job.

One time and professional. The next day, a Saturday, I discovered that water would only get luke warm. After sending them a message on their web site, I found a YouTube video showing how to adjust the scald prevention setting. It was an easy job, but it should have been handled by the technician who performed the work. I sent a second message saying I had resolved the problem myself, but never received any type of response. Delta's web site indicates those parts are guaranteed for life to the original purchaser. Just makes me wonder if the company returns parts under warranty and is, therefore, charging for essentially free parts.

It was good. They fixed the problem. They showed me what wrong, and what was broken inside the shower head. It's holding up, it's not leaking. It wasn't a very big part. I'm assuming the charge is for labor. So far so good. I'm sure they did come relatively soon, It wasn't a long time to wait. I didn't have an issue with timing.

We did not get a written contract of what was included. Their price was higher but we accepted it because we thought we were getting additional elements (a vent fan). It may have been miscommunication but it was a $300 difference in price.

The work went very well. The men were super nice and answered all of our questions. They pointed out ways to keep our faucet free of calcium build-up. We will call on Ace when ever we need some plumbing work done!!

Service went fine when they got here. Called them first thing in the morning and they didn't get here till 2pm.

The first visit on 7/1 failed; the leak was greater after the work, not reduced. I paid $215 for parts and labor. I was advised that the brass valve body behind the one-piece rotary handle would have to be replaced because of corrosion (13 years old, seldom used). I was subsequently quoted $695 for parts and labor, including cutting thru sheetrock in the garage behind the bathroom to reach the brass valve body for replacement. I scheduled the service for 7/21, but before that I visited Ferguson Plumbing Supply for advice. They suggested that brass bodies hardly ever failed & that the problem might be the complexity of the two Kohler kits to make a replacement between the handle and the brass body. They showed me the two kits & pointed out that they were complex, mostly because of all the 0-rings; they said plumbers didn't like Kohler because of this, and mostly dealt with simple, one-piece Moen and Delta repair kits. In fact, during the first, failed repair, only one of the two Kohler kits had been replaced. I paid Ferguson $81 for the parts. Then I called Ace and changed the scope of the scheduled repair to not include the brass valve body. On 7/21 both of the Delta repair kits were installed, and then the leak stopped. The charge from Ace was another $143 for labor. So my total - including the botched first repair - was $439 versus the $910 I would have paid in total to Ace had I followed their advice and replaced the brass valve body. Had the two kits been replaced as part of the first visit and fixed the leak then, I would have paid only $224.

Spoke to Mr. Booth 3 days before service done, the toilet was moving. This is a commercial property and the earliest he could get here was 2-3 days later. Price agreed upon on the phone was $125 Invoice received 10 days later for $170.46 Called Mr. Booth himself to clarify the situation and he said "It took longer than expected". I reminded him that it was a price agreed upon and he did not change his stance. I educated him that this was not professional and that we would avoid using his services again and HE HUNG UP ON ME.... WAY TO GO!!!

They came out and had everything done in one day. I had gotten a couple of estimates and they were the most reasonable in price.

They were on time and diagnosed my plumbing issues. They were able to fix a leak in bathroom. Would highly recommend. They do great work and is have reasonable prices.

Ace Plumbing is extremely professional and responsive. Kelli Daniel usually schedules appointments with tenants and handles invoicing. She goes over and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service. My tenants have also provided great reviews about the level of service being providing by Ace Plumbing. The techs/plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and get the job done right the first time. They also show up on time and keep their work areas clean. I can't say enough about the great service from Ace and how they've added value to my business. Try them and the only thing that you will regret is not trying them sooner.
