+ -1 moreThe plumber was on time, very pleasant, listened to me describe problems and asked a lot of questions before starting. Explained issues and options as he repaired/replaced items. Some seemingly big problems had easy solutions for which I wasn't charged. He thoroughly checked and had me check all the work to ensure I was satisfied before paying. His assistant was also very nice and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: replaced hot water pump used in tankless system, cleared 2 drains, repaired washing machine hose lines, fixed knocking noises of dishwasher and washing machine.

+ -1 moreThey were great. On time and called 10 mins. before to let me know they were coming. Gathered all the information and locations needed and went to work. Efficient, polite, and stopped to explain things and answer questions. Tested everything several times to make sure everything was working before they left. Not that expensive under the circumstances. Great value for money and great to deal with.
Description of Work: fixed hot water plumbing issues related to cold weather.
