Pat was able to inspect my roof the day that I called. My main concern came from a previous repair by another company that failed to pass a home inspection. He pointed out the problems with the previous repair and scheduled the job. The job ended up being off by a few days due to lightning storms, but Dependable Roofing stayed in contact \ kept me updated about the rescheduling and that was appreciated. The new repair is considerably larger and matches up very well with the old shingles. I'm no roofing expert but the repair now looks leak-proof to me. Also did a nice job of cleaning the gutters. They pulled all the extensions and cleaned the exits. I was referred to Dependable Roofing by a close friend who had a roof replaced a few years earlier due to hail damage. Although our problems were different magnitudes, I believe we were both similarly pleased.
