Description of Work: I left my lawnmower for repair about April 10. They said it would be ready in two or two and a half weeks. I called back on May 5, having heard nothing from them (they were going to call me when the lawnmower was read), and the man said it would be ready the end of that week or the first of the next week. I tried calling them again after the first of the next week and couldn't get through. Finally I drove out to their shop and saw that it had burned to the ground. They had put up a big cheerful sign saying they'd be back in business "soon," and they gave their phone number, which still doesn't go through. The building is unsafe to be near and the yard behind it is fenced and locked. I could see literally hundreds of old lawnmowers but I couldn't see mine and I can't get through to them. I had to buy a new lawnmower, and I have no claim check for the old one. They don't use them. Not completely their fault, but this is a mess.
