+ -1 moreMakes no sense that it takes 24hrs to even get a price, much less to order the parts. Especially in 2011.
Description of Work: They showed up at end of designated time period, which is fine. Employees were courteous and clean. However, after diagnosing the problem, I was informed that these employees would have to explain to the boss what is wrong that evening, and that the next day he would give me a price and then maybe order the parts. They said it wasn't possible to contact the boss and find this out sooner. Ridiculous. Would take several days to even get parts and this company is clearly in no hurry to help. 2011 and they don't seem to understand how a cell phone works. Charged me $90 for 10mins work.
