The work they have done is excellent no issues. These people are so awesome and maintains good customer relation with prompt response and their price is so reasonable and never had any issues, They listen so patiently what we want Installed 2 new commodes and 2 new bathroom faucets and new external water line for outdoor and installed new PRV, we definitely recommend to our friends and family members.

Couldn't be repaired due to age of the valve. They spent an hour trying to find the part at the local hardwares...and didn't charge me for their time. Great guys!

I contacted Rooter Pros to see if they could get to my leak that day. They said they could have someone there in a couple hours. They keep contact with me until they arrived. They had to dig down about 2 feet to find the leak and had everything they needed on the truck to fix it with. After they were done the cleaned everything up and you can hardly tell they were there. I can tell you from my 35 years of experience dealing with plumbers in the past that Rooter Pros are the best in the business at what they do. They are attentive to your request, efficient with there time and very effective at what they do. And to top it off they are very affordable.

Overall, looking back I would have liked to have had the price up front to get a couple more estimates since it ended up costing more to repair busted pipes than it would have been to replace them with the PEX in the first place. We were also without water for a week this last time. They final work was done well.

No one else will touch my plumbing! They are fabulous, trustworthy, do an excellent job and we use them for all our rental properties. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Roy ran into every problem I think possible with my septic tank and lines,but he had a solution for everyone of them.. Very Knowledgeable guy.... They even stayed till after 10pm to make sure I got everything fixed.. They cleaned up all the messes they made and even leveled my yard back smoothly... For the money he was at least 200$ cheaper than anyone else and did quality work... Thank you Rooter Pros for a well done job...

Two trips to the home improvement store and a couple hours later, the job was completed with zero leaks. These pipes were under a porch, and not terribly easy to get to. This crew did a fantastic job in the cold, drizzly weather. Charged quite a lot less than my previous quote by someone else.
