Clint and his team were excellent. We were adding driveways to our property in Georgia and I was out of state. Clint managed the job for me and sent me photos through the entire process. I am so happy with their work. He made what should have been a stressful job very easy!

We're giving HomeAdvisor a 5 star rating, as far as the pro, the cost was a little higher than I'd like, we went back and forth on pricing, initial estimate was high, but we got it down by $400. They were timely and professional but the pricing was the only issue

SCC did a great job, they contacted us when they needed to reschedule due to rain in the area, SCC came on the rescheduled date, and complete the job to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company.

The contractor did a nice job on the project except he did not seem to listen to our needs. We wanted paving done to a certain point on our driveway but he paved the drive shared by two other families and we paid for it. He stated there was a one year warranty but that was not listed on the invoice. He also said we needed to have the work sealed before the cold weather freezes. If we decide to go elsewhere for the sealing, I hope the warranty is still available.

I hired SCC to repave my driveway. The work was performed within 2 days of the order and took about 4-5 hours. The crew was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They were also courteous while working. The job was done as it was promised and the quality of work had surpassed my preconceived notion. I would definitely recommend SCC.

I hired SCC Asphalt to install a new driveway over gravel (Work completed 2/6/19). This was a rather large job with a 100 foot hill leading up to a big circle drive at the top of the driveway. I must say that the professionalism and quality of the work was outstanding. Clint followed through with every aspect of the job with no sidetracks or excuses. What's equally important is Clint's crew. Those guys are top notch. They don't have mere weeks, or months of experience. Many of them have decades in the industry, and talking to them really solidified that importance. I was on the job site the whole time, asking never ending questions, and not once did I feel like I was being a burden, and I always got a great explanation I was very nervous before the job because I did not know what to expect, even though SCC had great reviews on home advisor. However, after watching them work, and seeing my beautiful driveway completed, I had zero doubt that I made the correct choice. Now, I have to be honest and say that, since this is my first experience with Clint, we will see about the service I get if there are any follow-up issues, or when the time comes to seal the driveway. However, I am completely confident that Clint will stand behind his work and ensure that my satisfaction is his highest priority. I realize that being a residential customer, I am not even close to being one of his biggest customers, but I truly felt like I was his only client. To say that I would recommend SSC Asphalt would be a major understatement. Seldom do contractors like Clint come around. He made a name for himself the right way; working hard, honoring his word and staying true what he believes. I have no doubt that Clint, and his business, will continue to be extremely successful in the years to come. I can't wait to see my driveway after he comes back to seal it. This is not the company for a small job like I had. I had planned to pay for this with a credit card. They will not accept credit cards, and demanded cash payment in full at the moment the job was finished. None of this was told to me in advance. The owner told me himself he does not normally do jobs this small. Looking on his reviews that does not appear to be a fact. There are still problems even after the second time around. He told me since my job paid him so little, he does not care if I am satisfied or not. I do not trust a word he says.

I have a long canopied driveway with hills and a curve. It stays wet most of the time with the shade and falling leaves that retain the moisture. Clint suggested grading and a thick layer of crusher run to start out with. I was hesitant because it's the rainy season here in Gainesville Ga. He said it was better to do it when it's wet, for compaction. We agreed on a time to have the grading and install, I had to go to Florida for a few days, and when I returned, it was done. It was perfect. They put a crown down the center which will shed the water to both sides into the culverts they dug out. Perfect job. I'm very happy with their work and will recommend this company to my friends.
