+ -1 moreMike always shows up on time and does a great job of keeping in touch. His rates are very reasonable for the quality of the work he does---he believes in using 3 nails when 2 will do, and any work he does is heavy duty! You won't end up with wobbly porch stairs or crooked walls, and his stuff isn't going to fall down. I don't think there is any part of construction that he can't do. We got our certificate of occupancy from Gilmer county on 7/3/2013 and both building inspectors were VERY impressed!!!
Description of Work: Mike Morrow has been helping me remodel a foreclosure house, pretty much from the ground up, for the past 2 years. We work together mostly on weekends when I am available. He has done plumbing (cut concrete floor to reroute drains, changed supply lines to sinks, put in water heater), installed cabinets and kitchen appliances, framed new walls, installed doors (both regular and closet bifold), installed light fixtures, repaired drywall, laid down new sub floor and both tile and hardwood floors---and completely created a new bedroom and bathroom addition, from the poured foundation to the roof! Mike has been in construction since a teenager, and used to run a construction crew in Nevada. Since moving to GA (came here to be with wife's family), he has done both small and large construction jobs.
