+ -1 moreThe team comprised Bill and Janet Martin. He inspected exterior, structural, and system components while she inspected interior details. The inspection took approximately three hours. At the completion of their examination, they provided an informal walk-thru to point out items of concern. One day later, they provided a detailed written report, including photos, via email. (pdf) The Martins were a pleasure to work with, and provided good value for the cost.
Description of Work: The Martins inspected a home we were planning to purchase. (Several months earlier they had inspected another place for us, but that purchase did not proceed, due to a problem they indentified.)
