Melissa is a friendly, and considerate Service-professional and it was a pleasure to work with her. Joel was our on-site electrician who listened to our explanation,, assessed the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Joel is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing as he went thru the repair process.. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Brooks Electrical to anyone. Going forward, Brooks Electrical Solutions will be at the top of our contractor list. Great job!

I highly recommend this company. I called on Friday morning and my appointment was scheculed for the following Tuesday. But the office called me back within a few minutes and said that they could come that same morning!! Didn't have to wait over the weekend to get my dryer outlet installed!!! The owner Joel Brooks came and did a fantastic job for me. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you for fantastic service.
