Dropped the van off in the morning with a headliner that was loose, sagging and catching wind when the windows were open. Picked the van up in the afternoon with a tight crisp new headliner that looked as good as the day we bought the van new 130,000 miles and 14 states ago!

I guess my job dropped in the cracks and stayed there for 3 weeks until I decided to check on progress. Nothing had been started or fabric had not been ordered. Took my money and held it for 3 weeks with no phone calls with regards to delay, etc. Job should have been completed within 2 weeks. Owner never apologized or took responsibility, etc. Made me feel as though it was my fault Poor customer service and communications

Chairs look great. Third time in 20 yrs have had them redone and Atlas work was far superior. Very professional job. Services promptly rendered.

Very affordable, easy to schedule, top installed in one day. Problems began about 6 days later. We left the top up for 3-4 days just as they had instructed. On the 6th day after installation we put the top down. When raising the top the flap on the driver's side that raises to allow the top to pass was broken completely off. Our windows also now separate at the top and when it rains the inside of the car gets wet. We went back to Atlas assuming they would help us. We have had NO previous problems with the top since we had the car, for over a year. When I tried to convey that I felt the new top somehow contributed to the flap breaking off the man who initially came out to look at the car told the owner "she is saying it's our fault"....that was not what I was saying although I did feel it contributed--I never felt it was improperly installed. The owner told the worker to go back into the store and then told me that "unfortunately, this happens sometimes, its just a coincidence". Interesting, no problems before installation, broken part after installation. When I told the owner it seemed the top accordioned and looked like it might catch on the flap he then asked me if I actually saw the top catch the flap. Apparently my seeing it would have made it plausible, since I didn't it was unlikely. I am warning everyone to steer clear of this establishment. I wish I had read the reviews I have found since this experience and not tried to save money. Take your car to the dealership for the new top. What we expected to be a great experience has turned into a disaster. We plan on sharing this story on every website and review we can find on Atlas Tops.
