Contractor never submitted a quote after reviewing the project specifications. He did not respond to my calls after meeting with me to go over project details.

I received a call from Reid Tree. Said they would come, look and give estimate on a specified day. I waited all day. They never showed or called. They apparently had no interest in me and my project, so I certainly have no further interest in having them do any work here. It's a matter of trust. I contacted another tree service and they came out the next day. They even called back to verify my address and what services I needed ... the night before. They came out when they said they would, gave me a free estimate, and were very knowledgeable about the services I needed.
