Description of Work: Our semiannual check. We pay by the year. We pay $315 and they come twice. We get the spring check up and the fall check up.

Description of Work: spliced a thermostat wire since rodents had chewed took less than an hour was a holiday weekend and paid the tech cash $100 since he was on call and advise that I needed to make an appointment to correct problem and would cost about $350-recieve a bill for $250 and I never called to continue any work bill showed $150 diagnostic and then to repair low voltage wire $96.46 plus wiring repair $49.14 total 250.60 what a scam!!!! I am refusing to pay!!!

Description of Work: Replaced pressure valve on gas furnace. Preventative maintenance contracts and furnace replacement as needed since 1993, twice a year. Repairs, replace filters, clean units.

+ -1 morePrices are very high for small town and hope to find another service in area. Called back to discuss upgrading thermostat and was told would cost $134 to remove toy. Tech was very professional but not happy with professional attitude at office.
Description of Work: cleaned and serviced unit/added 1 lb of puron (48.00)/needed new thermostat very small unable to read looks like a toy (carrier-bryant) $158/replaced filters/service agreement one year $175.
