+ -1 moreAt first I was excited and I was so happy with the price, it seemed reasonable. However; the initial visit, which was over double the monthly visits, was supposed to give me instant results. It didn't not, or at least not as expected. He did mention that it may seem as they were getting worse but that was because he was going to be poisoning them. But the numbers don't seem to have lessen. It has been over a month since his last visit and I have not gotten a call to schedule another visit. I was told that the problem would be eliminated within 3 months and we would do maintenance spraying. I am not pleased!!! I am actively looking for another pest control.

+ -1 moreThe sprayer, we knew him, and used this company because of him and his work ethics - he was prompt, did his job, was friendly, just the office personnel was unbelievable. Our "guy" is quitting, so needless to say, we will be changing bug companies too. spray was not the best effectiveness I've seen. Started spraying in jan, sprayed in Feb, and March, then went to every other month. August now - bugs crawling again - and I'm a very picky house keeper.
Description of Work: When I called the office to ask if our appointment for spraying could be scheduled around my husband's work schedule, the receptionist was very blunt and aggressive - informed me that "they had a schedule and wasn't able to work around everybody's personal schedule". Both my husband & I work outside our home, own our home, and do not allow people in our home without 1 or both of us being home - as we have 2 K9 "babies". also

+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them. They come out every three months. I like them really, really well. They are very prompt if I call them, and they are always on time.
Description of Work: We used Altamaha Pest Control for pest control. They inspected any termite system and other pest.

+ -1 moreThey really know what they're doing. They're very friendly, punctual and professional. They do exactly what I want them to do. They're very conscious of listening to my instructions so that my dogs are protected. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service is excellent.
Description of Work: I have a contract with Altamaha Pest Control. They come every three months.
