Description of Work: Took numerous calls to get a site visit/quote. Son came out and couldn't make out what to do. Twosome went on vacation again. Dad promised a call when back but never made the call. Too much work on my behalf to get them to take my money. Rather unprofessional but I guess they didn't want the job. They should just say that rather than promise calls that never come.

Description of Work: They made 2 trips to my home to verify what was needed. On the second trip, they inspected, gave me a quote, and did the work which included removing old plastic screens, cleaning gutters, installed new gutter screens and corner "thingies", did some minor roof repair and also did an excellent job with the clean up. They were reliable, friendly, efficient and did excellent work. They will be our roof/gutter company for as long as they stay in business!

Description of Work: We have a house that, due to the slope it's situated on, is three stories high in the back. I hired Eric to come and clean the gutters so that I could keep my husband off of the roof! Eric not only cleaned the gutters, but also found that the gutters were not attached correctly (nails only went into the fascia board, not into any studs), and corrected that situation. He did all of this, along with complete cleanup after the work, when I was not home and just left a bill for me (we had agreed upon this and upon an upper limit for the job on the phone ahead of time). VERY satisfied.

Description of Work: They cleaned gutters, made numerous small repairs, trimmed all limbs off gutters, repaired two holes, renailed some loose gutters, trimmed gutter guards, and added 42 feet of new guards, etc.

+ 1 moreMr. Purdue was very easy to deal with and goes "above and beyond" if, in the performance of what he was initially hired for, he sees something else that needs immediate attention. I will definitely use him again, and will recommend him to neighbors. My entire working life has been in the area of technical support/customer service so I feel qualified to recommend Mr. Purdue to anyone that needs his services.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and roof, replaced several gutter screens that had been knocked off by falling limbs. He repaired a small damaged place in a shingle caused by a falling limb. He cleaned up around the house after he was finished, even though there were some leaves, etc. that needed to be cleaned up prior to his arrival.

+ 0 moreEric came when he said he would, he completed all the work we agreed to in a timely manner, and cleaned up when he was done. He was extremely reasonably priced, and was very friendly and easy to talk to, as well. I really liked him, and will definitely hire him to take care of my gutters from now on.
Description of Work: Eric cleaned out our gutters and downspouts, and also repaired some of the gutters, replaced spikes where they were needed, and added gutter screens to all of our gutters. He also found a shingle repair that is needed on our roof, and said he would come back and take care of that also. He gave us some helpful advice about how to direct the water from the gutters away from the house, as well.

Overall, I know that I made right choice and could not be more satisfied. He did the job when he said and really knows his business. I no longer need to search for a gutter cleaning company. Great job Eric.
Description of Work: My gutters were cleaned, some minor repairs where the gutters were sagging a little and replaced all the gutter screens with new ones. They also cleaned the roof of all debris with a gas powered blower. They also at my request removed an old television antenna that was not in use.

+ -1 moreMr. Perdue had some jobs backed up, but he came and cleaned my gutters. He told me that he would leave a note for the amount he charged and that I could mail the money to him. I paid him without ever meeting him in person. He was friendly and accomodating each time I spoke to him. I highly recommend him, and I definitely plan to use him again.
