Eric was not responsive and I really wanted him to do the work

Eric Purdue came out to my house and told me that I had warped boards and shingles. He was honest enough to tell me it was beyond his expertise. They were a very straight forward and honest company and recommended another company that could help me with the problem.

Eric responded to my voice mail inquiry within 24 hours and came within another 24 hours. Gave an estimate of $40-60 by phone. Arrived and appraised the job: $50. When he finished he actually charged only $45 because the job wasn't as big as he thought. Wonderful gentleman. We will definitely call him next year. Most Gutter Cleaning estimates in our area: $100 plus

He is difficult to reach and takes awhile to come out, but completes the work thoroughly and is very reasonably priced.

Had a litttle discoloration on our interior ceiling and called Gwinette Roofing-the company that had replaced a portion of the roof 4 years ago and was still under warrenty only to find they were out of business. We got several estimates from other companies that amounted to thousands of dollars to replace 1/2 the roof. Eric looked at the problem and said a little cauking would do the trick. He charged only $40.00! and we haven't had a problem since, even in the heaviest rains! He bought us time since we didn't have to have the roof replaced again. He could have charged more and we would have never known the difference.

Eric is a super nice guy and did a great job at about 1/3 of the cost of all of the "big guys" out there in Atlanta. He was the only contractor who actually listened to what we wanted instead of just ripping everything off of the house like most of the large companies want to do. His business card says promise a lot and deliver a little more, and he does.

Showed up approximately 2 weeks after contacting. Cleaned gutters and said they would come back next week to replace section of gutter. Never heard back from company, and noticed during the next heavy rain, the downspouts were not cleaned at all. The quality of this company has gone down and I will not use them again!

Eric took a while to contact us after my first call, but he apologized and after that was very responsive. He said there would be a bit of a wait because of weather and his being backed-up with jobs. I just gave him my name and address and within a week we came home to clean gutters. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards, blowing off our deck and entire driveway. The last guy we used charged us double and left a big mess. From now on, we will not use anyone but Eric!

The price was more than fair. My husband was here when he came. He brought two efficient workers and he was extremely nice. He was easy to work with. We had to wait for 10 days before he could work for us, as he was very busy due to the rains. I probably will use him in the future.

I called and left a voice mail asking Eric to again come to our home and try and find/repair the leak. I gave him an idea of the location. After several days, (they had been rainy), I called and left another voice mail asking him to let me know if he'd be able to get to our minor problem any time soon. He didn't answer that call, but about 4-5 days later, we got home and the leak was repaired.

Contacted Eric about gutter cleaning. We arranged a date. He came out himself to do the job. He spent a good bit of time addressing and taking care of my issues, since it had been about 2 years since I last had them cleaned. When he finished, he clean up the area around the house and made some recommendation of what I needed to do, since i had so many trees in the yard. Will definitely call on him again in a few months for cleaning and repair..

It went great. I called Eric Purdue and left a message. He called back, and we made arrangements for him to go take care of the job. A few hours later, everything was finished.

I am so delighted to have found Mr. Purdue, have used his services before and will continue to use him as long as I can. He's professional, courteous, prompt, efficient -- and always seems to go "the additional mile" in service.

Eric and his son did a great job and graciously replaced a light bulb - which was certainly not part of his usual roof inspecting/gutter cleaning job. He was originally out of town when I called (though his answering message didn't say that) so called me back about a week after my initial call - but then came within two days to do the work.

Exceptionally well, Eric and his son did an excellent job.

He was professional and responsive. He came when he said he would come. He is also a local and not a big company.

He was able to do an inexpensive repair. He was very affordable, punctual, and personable.

Eric Purdue was fantastic. He cleaned off the roof and cleaned out the gutters and even cut down a tree limb that was threatening the roof and didn't charge me for it. He recommended installing screens for the gutters, which he did for a reasonable price. It was $45 for the cleaning of the gutters and $150 for the screens. My driveway, sidewalk and patio were cleaner after he left than before he got here.

Eric returned my call the same day that I left it. He and his son came out to my house the next day to clean the gutters and downspouts. My house has three stories on the back, and they cleaned all the gutters without any trouble. When I got home from work, their cleanup was so thorough that I could barely tell that any work had occurred, except for the very clean gutters! It was great to actually hear rain that night running through the downspouts again. Eric returned a few days later to put heavy duty locking wire mesh screens on all my gutters. He did this work as promised on the day he said he would do it. The entire process was easy, hassle-free, and Eric did everything promised on time. I will definitely use Eric in the future should my gutters need cleaning or repair.

Mr. Purdue has cleaned my gutters twice, and I will always use him! The first time he quote a very reasonable price, came to the house promptly and completed the job -- and told me that he had found some serious problems (e.g., holes under the roof, gutters bent) that needed to be fixed and that he had been able to do them all (!)

Called to make an appointment, and nobody called me back. Called again, actually made the appointment, but nobody showed and nobody called to explain or reschedule.

I had taken my mother to a doctor's appointment, and when we got home, Mr. Purdue was finishing up the job. I had talked to him several days earlier and told him what work we needed done. There was not a definite date set since I told him there was no rush, just when it was convenient for him. I was totally confident that he would get to us as soon as he could, since we have used him a couple of times previously. As always, Mr. Purdue was very thorough cleaning the gutters, putting gutter guards back into place and straighting some bent gutters from falling limbs. Mr. Purdue cleaned up throughly around the house, blowing the driveways off, and blowing the trash from the roof off the yard. Mr. Purdue even recommended a different type of gutter screen that would do a better job of eliminating small trash that gets through the present screens.

It was great. I'm close to where he is and he came over quickly. He cleaned off the gutters first, then he blew off the roof, deck and driveway.

My experience was outstanding. I am an extremely picky client and quite loyal once I find a good provider. My neighbors and I worked together to have Eric clean our 4 homes' gutters at the same time. He was responsive and out to perform the work within 2-3 business days (weather delayed us by a day or so). He and his son arrived on time and quickly worked through all 4 homes. He consulted with me to choose gutter guards (with no guarantee that I would purchase). He provided detailed feedback about the best guards for my home. I inquired as to if the guards could be installed that day. He stated 'absolutely'. Once he finished the other jobs he had already scheduled, he returned to my home and installed the guards. They look fantastic! I would recommend his services to anyone. He and his son were polite and professional.
