Description of Work: They gave an estimate of $3500+ to resurface my chimney and install a chimney cap. I gave them a deposit of $250. When I called to tell them I wasn't going to be able to afford the work right now and asked for a refund, they said they would send me a check for the full amount. The check came, but they deducted $175 for the previous onsite estimate. I just completed the work with another company for half the price and a much better chimney cap.
