The install of the lines went fine,ahead of schedule after installing the lines a few days later we noticed water coming up out of the ground.I called Mark who answers his phone,he sent the guys out first thing the next morning. The issue had nothing to do with the installation of the lines however, they spent 3 hours fixing the problem at NO CHARGE!! This company is the best! I will no doubt hire them again and recommend them to friends!!! God bless you Mr. Blevins and your crew!!!!

Honest and truthful advice.

During my first contact with Mr. Blevins he promptly answered the phone and told me that he would be interested in estimating this work for me. He also warned me that he is several weeks behind due to the weather. On the appointed date he showed up on time and had several ideas about placement of the replacement septic system. Currently we are still getting estimates and trying to decide.

The incident took place months ago, so do not remember details. Called a couple of other septic service people, who couldn't do the work. One was between licenses and the other retired. Called Blevins and they came right away. Blevins is not the cheapest company I know, but they get there when they say they will. There are times that I can't wait. The tenant had sewage in his house and a day or two can make a lot of difference.

They did an excellent job. In fact, they did what was estimated to be a two day job in one day. They pumped my septic tank, found the issue, and put in the new lines needed for the solution. They were totally professional, and worked in coordination with the local health department to provide me with more than enough information to allow me to follow what they were doing through the entire process. The quality of their work, combined with their prices, were unbeatable. I contacted three companies for estimates on this job, and the quotes from all three were significantly different. Blevins' did the work for under $600 (per their original estimate also), while one company, while very professional and knowledgeable, quoted a price of at least $1500, and the other company, a national franchise company which I had used prior, estimated the job would be between $3000-$7000. I would use and recommend Blevins Septic again and again.

I called early on Friday, explained the problem I was having and was given a time estimate that they could be here. They arrived on time, did the job with a professional attitude and did not try sell me other services. Mr. Blevins advised me to take one problem at a time and see if that cleared up the trouble before I paid for having the lines unclogged or field lines replaced as several other companies that I called had tried to tell me I needed before they even came to see the problem. Once finished, the septic tank was covered with the dirt and other debris was cleaned up and removed from my property. I could tell this was a Christian man and had been doing this type of business for many years. I definitely plan on using them again and would refer them to family and friends with no worry of them being taken advantage of.

I have used them since I have bought the house, they inspected it and gave it an approval. The tank was drained at about November when we bought it. Between November to April, that 1000 gallon tank filled up. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in them was that they were the ones that did the inspection and they gave it an okay and here I had this backup problem. I really wasn't satisfied with the excuse they gave me. They were very responsive. they got me at least to the point where my house was functional, but I am still in the waiting curb right now since my tank is still empty. I think it was band aided but I don't have proof yet.
