Description of Work: They charge a whole lot more and they just mow but they never trimmed the shrubs. They were really good at mowing but now I have a lot of dead shrubbery. They were the ones that originally planted the shrubs when the house was built but they won’t care for them now.

+ 0 morePeople that use them often try to find someone cheaper after a few years, but they always end up going back to Kellar for their quality. That is how they do business. They are expensive but their quality is great. They do a good job.
Description of Work: They laid out the landscaping, put in the sprinkling system and brought in 20 year old trees.

+ 0 moreI have an annual contract with them. They render excellent service. They are very good and very responsive. They put in an irrigation system in front of the house and they did a good job. I had a couple of issues throughout the year and needed response, which they did. They are a very professional company and the price is reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreI spoke with a gentleman named Fred and they did excellent work. It was a very good experience. I had a little bit of language difficulty because the crew was Hispanic. We communicated fairly well and they did a great job. I would certainly use them again.
Description of Work: I used Keller Outdoor for some lawn care at a vacation home. They blew the large driveway and deck off and did some weed eating. It is a large wooded area so there was nothing to mow. They also put down weed killer.

+ -1 moreThey put the hemlocks about 10 yards apart. They died within 2 years because they were overcrowded. Right after it was finished, Keller said he needed to have a yard show. He had a tour before everything started dying. The next year he wanted to charge to remove the dead things that he had over planted. We dropped them. We talked to others who had the same experience.
Description of Work: As I was building I had them come in and look over the land. They were supposed to put down drains for water and areas that would have damp situations. They put down pipes without gravel. It didn't take long for them to fill up with dirt. they told us we needed three times the materials we actually needed.
