Stay away from this company. If there was a worse rating than awful I would give it to them. They arrived with a different truck than promised, and were completely disorganized. They completely ignored our instructions multiple times, and because of that we lost our five year old cat (we still haven't found her and it's been a month and a half). They were slow (it took them 7 hours to move three rooms worth of furniture and some paintings). We also discovered after the fact that several of the items they moved were damaged. When we called the owner, Charles, to discuss the primary problems with the move (the failure of the employees to follow instructions and our lost cat) he ambushed us with a call to his employee and then listened to his employee lie about what happened before he told us, "Our responsibility is to move your furniture, your cat isn't our problem." A subsequent call, and additional attempts to notify him of the damage to our furniture via email and mail were also ignored. So, if you don't care about your stuff or your pets, hire this company - otherwise do your research and hire actual professionals. You may pay a little more, but in the long run you will save yourself a lot of heartbreak and stress.
