For dealers and contractors, our membership program offers three tiers of service—Bronze, Gold, and Platinum—each designed to provide comprehensive support, including installation, electrical work, and ongoing maintenance, to make your business operations smoother. Structural Modifications • We do not perform any structural alterations, such as moving walls or altering window frames. We work within the existing framework of your space. 3. Electrical Wiring (outside of window treatments) • While we install motorized blinds and shades, any electrical work beyond the scope of these systems, such as rewiring your home or commercial space, will require a licensed electrician outside of our service. 4. Non-Window Treatment Installations • We specialize in window treatments and do not install other types of fixtures, such as doors, cabinetry, or general home improvements. 5. Custom Drapery Design and Fabrication • Although we install drapery systems, we do not design or manufacture custom drapery. We can recommend trusted vendors for this service if needed.
