+ -1 moreJoe's team worked 3 days, as estimated, and for known price. They came on time and worked long hours. Rooms look great. Joe's quite the talker, but quite knowledgeable about paint, painting and wallpaper. He made sure we knew about various options.
Description of Work: paint 2 large rooms, 1 w/high ceiling, 1 foyer,1 hall, remove wallpaper, repair walls

+ -1 moreVery well. Joe was very professional and did a wonderful job on everything! I can't get over how nice everything looks. We should have done it a long time ago. He was very responsive as far as getting in touch with me and communication on when he would be able to come out and do the job. He also does painting. I would highly recommend for pressure washing and was very reasonable priced.
Description of Work: Joe pressure washed my entire deck, front steps, and patio area.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, they were prompt and stuck to job until completion. Joe made sure his workers followed every detail. Very neat cleanup each day. I liked that there was a plan each day of what would be accomplished. Joe stuck to this plan even if he and selected workers continued to work after quitting time to complete the plan .
Description of Work: Washed and painted exterior of house. Scraped and cauked where needed. Repaired damaged wood in various places. Rebuilt handrail leading to front porch Repaired faulty gutter downspout. Cleaned all gutters and roof of debris leaves and pine straw. Washed and sealed 2 large decks on either side of sunroom. Washed all storm windows.

+ -1 moreI couldn't have asked for a better quality job. With some other painters, I experienced cracking after only a few months. Joe explained the importance of using quality materials and not "skimping" on technique. He was very attentive to my needs and I just LOVE the results.
Description of Work: Paint 1,100 square foot interior residence with top-of-the-line Sherwin-Williams paint including different colors for trim, ceiling and accent walls.
