Fish Window Cleaning

Had some mineral spots that he was supposed to return with an associate at an extra cost to remove. I texted him many times, gave him many chances- no response. Disappointed. Service not good, neither was his word to set up a return appointment and finish the job. After the visit, my windows looked cleaner, buy he was not willing or able to go the extra mile.

We never knew our patio could look so nice. Jorge was quite congenial and did a wonderful job on the pressure washing. He called just before arriving and took about an hour to pressure a fairly large double patio. The clean-up and payment process were excellent and easy. Arranging the work date with Greg also went very smoothly.

Greg saw that the job was done to perfection.... he came later in the day to assist and inspect. This was a HUGE job. They did all that was expected, with a great attitude and professionalism.

Greg provided quote day after initial call to Fish. MJ came out 3 days later on the scheduled day & time. Windows looked great. I would definitely recommend Fish to my friends.

When I purchased the Angies List coupon back in April, Mike the owner called the next day to arrange an appointment for an estimate. He was punctual & professional, and gave me specific pricing for a few options. When I called a few weeks ago to arrange our service, it was Mike who again responded to set things up. Even though my coupon technically expired a week before my requested service date, that was not a problem. We got a call that morning from Jim, who had been assigned to do our service, to confirm. He showed up on time, was professional, pleasant and efficient. He put on booties whenever he was in the house to keep the floors clean. Jim did a great job of cleaning our windows inside & out. He even cleaned off the screens and window sills. He also took time to explain about and show us which window seals had been compromised so that we could check our warranty for possible replacements. We are very happy with the quality of service provided by Fish, and definitely would use them again.

Saw an Angie's deal for Fish window cleaning, but when I called the location nearest me, it was not offering it. Nonetheless, the owner gave me a 15% discount. They came out that week, which was great. We have 30 windows, so the price was fair for the work. The guy that showed up however was not so professional in appearance. Had his personal, unmarked car and he might have been wearing a Fish shirt, but it didn't stand out to me. Certainly, I feel that I could have done a better job on cleaning the sills, however, it was nice not to have to do it. The owner was very professional, and followed up after. I told him the windows looked better than before they were cleaned, which was true. But, I am luke warm on whether I would hire them again, just because I think I want the sills, etc cleaned better. Feel like I need to spend the time to do it the way I want, that's all.
