Perfect! Jason's professionalism, advice, and computer program helped me see what I needed, and how it would fit in my strange shaped closet. I even have a design background and couldn't figure out the design before his vision. Installers were quick, meticulous and punctual. Just wish it didn't have to cost so much, but understand the price structure.

These were both extremely easy installations in terms of punctuality, time spent and efficiency of installation. Both areas were cleaned up before the crew left and I could use them right away. I enjoyed working with this company. I met with Jason who looked at each space and sat down with me to discuss the designs. At that time I was able to make changes on the spot, have schematics and diagrams of each closet emailed to me, and I knew exactly what it would cost me. I also decided to change something with each design after we originally met and again, he was able to make the changes while on the phone with me and emailed them to me as we spoke. I even have options to add things in at a later date if need be. I received quotes for the same design from popular chains but Closet Designs & More came in below everyone else, however I don't feel I sacrificed anything! Jason and I scheduled the installation and gave me an estimate for how long the installation would take. Installers cam on time and even walked me thru the closets when he was done showing me everything. I got follow up calls and emails that day making sure I was satisfied. I cannot give this company a higher review, every aspect of dealing with Closet Design & More was a pleasure. I would definitely use them again for more projects.

Jason at Closet Designs and More came to the house, helped us design our master bedroom closet. Provided us with detailed design diagrams. He was very patient as we made several changes easily by email. He always answered or returned phone calls or emails promptly. His installers were right on time and completed the installation in a couple of hours. We have since ordered a few more shelves which were delivered promptly. Price was very reasonable for a quality product and lifetime guarantee. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.

Our closet is beautiful. We used this company because our best friends have used them in two other houses....and we are so glad we did. The materials are quality products and the workmanship and installation was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints and would use them again whenever we move.

The quote process was quick and there was no pressure. Design changes were made as requested and with very quick turnaround. Installation was professional thorough.

Bill came out and measured the closet and provided a computer--generated proposal. After we agreed to have the work done, he scheduled the installation about 4 weeks out. The crew came and installed the closet make-over as proposed within 4 hours. They left the closet clean and ready to move in.

Bill Fletcher did a great job on the design of the space. I was able to view and make design changes with ease, and received a price quote and proposed design at the conclusion of the visit. He was very flexible and patient as I made several changes to the design after our initial consultation. The installers were on time, very professional, and they where in/out the same day. I'm in a 1950's home, so the walls and floor were not completely level. They improvised to accommodate the challenges, were very detail-oriented and my new closet is FABULOUS! Thanks!

Our experience with them was all right. They never followed up on it and neither did we. The actual process went well.

there were a few hiccups with the manufactures getting the right size doors for the laundry. but after several tries the doors came in and the job was finished in a timely fashion. We have he pantry to do yet and will have Bill and his crew install the cupboards when we are ready to do so. The over head racks above the garage doors and sturdy and provide ample extra storage. We are very satisfied with the overall installation.

Love that Bill creates the designs immediately, gives you the quote, and you can give feedback and make changes on the spot. Really helps make things concrete - as opposed to other vendors who may take a few days or more to get you a design - then a few days more to make changes. Like that I only dealt with Bill and the installer, his son-in-law. Small, family business - didn't have to worry about anyone else approving the design, checking the numbers, raising prices for overhead, etc. Absolutely love my closet. Ask Bill the difference between a Yankee and a d*** Yankee.

On a whim, i completed a questionnaire for someone to call me about installing a custom closet in my master bedroom. As soon as I submitted the form, I received a return call within 5-10 minutes of submission. Bill Fletcher returned my call and I told him what I was looking for. He wanted to know when he could come out. I asked him if he could come out that same day since I was home having other work done around the house. He pleasantly oblige and came to my home about an hour later. He came with all of his materials, measured the closet and proceeded to design my closet. He was very pleasant and made suggestions as we went along. He designed my closet according to what i was looking for and helped me get to my budget goal. I was advised it would take about 2 weeks to order the materials and i would get confirmation day before the installation. True to their word, Jason,the installer, called to confirm the installation. He came 15 minutes early. He and his helper were both very pleasant and friendly. They estimated about 6-7 hours but had it completed within 5 hours. They were very efficient, thorough and detailed. Jason explained in detail the lifetime warrantly that came with the closet as well as my 30 day design guarantee. I was very very happy with this whole process. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company for your organizational needs.
