My honey-do list was getting very long and it had various types of jobs so I checked Angie's list. I needed a talented handy man who had electrical, plumbing, and woodworking skills. I selected this company because of the range of skills and experience as well as the great ratings. I left Keith a message and he got back to me that day and I explained the job, and we set up an appointment. Keith was ontime (early), examined the job, developed a plan of action, and got right to work. He went room by room, and I checked things off the list. He first took the measurements and went to Home Depot and picked up the wood and stain required. He worked fast, always used a level so there were no mistakes (my house was built in the 20s so nothing is really level). He had all the right tools and was very precise. A lot of the tasks required some problem solving, and he is an excellent trouble shooter and problem solver. He touched up some window sills and other areas with paint I had and I saw that he is a very good painter, very neat and percise, he gets just the right amount on the brush, and he cleans his brushes as he goes. He did a lot of drilling and saawing and he carefully cleaned up behind himself while he worked. He has great electrical skills and plumbing skills, and I was very pleased with the job. It took much longer than planned because I kept thinking of additional things, and he stayed until the job was done. I am very pleased with the work. He is honest and made excellent suggestions and he is reasonably priced. I plan to have him back to do some interior painting and remodeling because of his skill and versitility. He is very customer focused. I do not have any dont's to report. I would recommend Keith to friends and family.

This was a big deal special I purchased from Angie's list. Keith arrived on time and went right to work on the screen doors. He did a great job on everything and I was thrilled with the work.

The day after I purchased the Angie's List coupon, I received a call from the owner at 7:30am. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to set an appointment that was going to be convenient for him because he was not going to travel all over God creation to perform the service. He said that when he was in my area to do other work, he would set up an appointment for me on that same date. He was very nasty and unprofessional when speaking to me. I don't have a problem with working with a service provider to see what works best for both parties but his goal was to make it convenient for him and him alone. I told him that it would also have to be convenient for me because I have to work. He told me that I should call Angie's List and get a refund. I agreed and told him that if we was unprofessional during the initial stage of the process, there was no way I wanted him to perform any work in my house. I called Angie's List and received my refund.

I had several handlyman jobs. I talked with Keith and scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and did each of the jobs in a professional manner. He gave me an estimate for a bigger job and I booked him for a future date on a job tearing out water damaged sheetrock, lumber, and joists and replacing it. Very satisfied with the quality, cleanliness of the finished product and work area. His prices are reasonable.

Do: Discuss with the company what you want to accomplish, expectations for each component of the project, price for each area of the project, it is imperative that homeowners know what you want. Don't: Do not leave things out in the way of the company to have to work around eah day. Experience was positive and we have used this company during the past seven years for projects.

Overall, I was glad just to have the area presentable.

Keith did an awesome job on all of the things I needed done. He put together a desk for me, caulked both tubs, put up hooks on my deck and had to drill through steel. He burned through three of his bits to do it. He replaced two light bulbs that I could not reach, installed a dimmer switch and installed a shelf over my washer and dryer. Keith is a terrific guy and did a wonderful job.

He was excellent, called us probably 15 times to verify things throughout the week. Most professional person I have ever dealt with in industry. Cleaned up and did everything you are supposed to do.

Keith was very knowledgeable, took the time to review all the work I needed done first. I had sent pictures of the work needed as well. The only issue I would identify is that I sent the pictures so he could be "prepared" when he arrived, i.e., sheetrock and other supplies that might be needed. Unfortunately he wasn't, so part of the time that I paid for was shopping at the local Home Depot for "stuff"... Work was done well, he definitely knows what he's doing.. He cleaned up every area where he worked, arrived on time, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Atlanta Custom Construction did an excellent job! Keith Contacted me before coming to reconfirm. He arrived on time and did everything I needed with attention to detail and quality. Would not hesitate to use his company again and to use it for larger projects.

Great! He was creative in getting to the light over the stairs, had everything he needed with him and finished in three hours.

Keith Tindell of Atlanta Custom Construction repaired some old doors of ours that I never thought could be fixed. He did a great job of trimming, rehanging, and facing the doors so that they look better than they ever looked. I am thoroughly pleased with the work he did and plan on using him in the future.

Keith was very professional. He called to set up the appointment and was able to come out in a couple of days time. He called the evening before to confirm and again the next day to let me know he was on the way. The work was done very efficiently and he had good ideas to fix the gate. He came up with a solution that worked and was able to also patch our drywall. He ended up doing a drywall repair at my boyfriend's place later, that accounted for a few extra dollars. We would definitely call Keith in the future!

I purchased this big deal in hopes of getting a couple of hours of help with a project I knew I would have to do most of the work. I emailed this company letting them know that I planned on doing the pre-work and I got the following reply in email, "I'm not sure what you are expecting from this offer? This is an basic Handyman service, and though I have my own sprayer and know how to use it,; if you were expecting to have your garage sprayed for $49.00, you are mistaken. I wouldn't think of finishing a garage, even a single car garage, in 2 hours, and it just doesn't qualify for this offer. If you are thinking of paying the rate, even discounted at $35.00 after 2 hours, we can discuss it. But otherwise, I'd suggest you cancel your purchase. We have to set limits, and you, unfortunately, are the second person that didn't quite understand the principle." The tone of the email seemed quite rude so I did cancel the order as he clearly recommended rather than trying to contract with them for the rate.

Everything works well and looks great. Keith is very knowledgeable and professional.

The kitchen now looks great. We are very happy with the job done by Atlanta Custom Construction. We recommend them highly.

Keith did quality work in an efficient and timely manner. .

The time line from start to finish was adhered to with the completion two days sooner. There was no mess made in the rooms adjoining the bathrooms or was cleaned up before we arrived home from work.
