Keith came daily until the job was done and was willing to work with us on the job. He is very detail-oriented and even came back to perfect some of the finishing work. Our old house is crooked in places and he was able to make the new opening work and appear very finished and professional, even though the walls and flooring of the house are not straight. He's also a good carpenter. The new deck looks great.

My experience with this contractor was good. Although I elected to change to a more affordable deal, I would possibly use this contractor in the future.

They seemed to have good reviews, but I live in Decatur and they charges $35 for estimate. So, I did not get them to come out for estimate.

It went very well, Keith was on time, he knew what he was doing and completed the job in a professional manner. I felt very confident with the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to call him again.

He was rude on the phone, even though I was amazed that I had one deck company so far come out and give a free estimate and five landscape companies to give me free estimates on retaining walls and then he had the nerve to call me back and go off on me on the phone. Needless to say, I hung up. I would recommend this man get with it or be taken off Angie's List!!!

The contractor responded that all new clients had to pay a $35.00 travel fee that would be applied to the job, if they were chosen to do the work. If a contractor is bidding to do work for us, we do not believe we should have to pay just to give them the opportunity to get the contract. If their work and price are superior, they should not be charging potential customers for estimates.

I called them because they had a deal with Angie's List offering 8 hours of handyman service for $500, and they were awarded a 2013 Angie's List honors award. I was very surprised at the response I was given when calling to inquire about what the service included. He was rude with explaining service request. His phone manners were awful. All I was doing was calling to see if the deal he offered on Angie's List could be used to help build out stairs for my home. He told me that was a custom job NOT a handyman job, I was just inquiring if this could be used towards that as I am not in the business of building stairs or doing home remodeling.

My experience with them was great. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to others.

Keith showed up on time and was able to get all the items needed done in a reasonable time. The work was done in our office and Keith was considerate not to disturb others as they worked.

It was great. They got a lot of stuff accomplished.

The only positive thing that I can say about Keith of Atlanta Custom Construction is that he responded to my phone call very quickly. Once Keith called me back, that's where the issue began. Keith was rude and very unprofessional. I instantly felt that he was a person that could not be trusted, nor would I want him at my home for any reason. After explaining to him what I needed done, which included carpentry work, he said thatI would not be able to use the coupon on Angie's list because it would be too much work?.although the coupon clearly states that interior and exterior work included He then tried to charge me $35 to come out to give an estimate, but after his apparent attempt to nickel and dime me before seeing the project, I knew I would not use his services. Once I made it apparent that his services were not needed, that's when his nastiness elevated to the point of me hanging up on him. I WOULD BE CAUTIOUS IN UTILIZING KEITH SERVICES.

Based upon the work that needed to be done, Atlanta Custom prices were astronomical compared to other Bids. I was quoted $11,500.00 to install a 2400SF Roof Shingles and Decking. It was going to cost $10,000.00 for a 4 Ton HVAC system. As far as professionalism goes, my info was discussed by the contractor with a neighbor:(( This is definitely not the contractor for smaller jobs. To arrogant and a Mr. know it all!

They're very nice and very knowledgeable. They were on time, professional and everything goes well.

The job was to stop a bathroom leak and inspect the floor for water damage.Keith said fans needed to be placed under the house to dry out the floor since there was mold on the wood. This hasn't been done because he indicated this was not his area of expertise.

Could not schedule after I purchased a coupon and their attitude was less than profession.

Keith responded within 24 hours to my call, and quickly scheduled an estimate visit since I had this work as well as a need for estimates on a future bathroom remodel. The estimate visit was short and professional, and we scheduled the job for the following week. He also arrived on time then, after contacting me over the weekend to reconfirm via email, and carried out the work unobtrusively while I worked from home in another room. He used the entirety of his time here very efficiently to make the most of the paint I'd purchased as well as ensure that I was satisfied with the final product. When we had to start over with the painting as a result of me making a mistake in the color choice, he simply worked on another task while I went out to the paint store to get the right color, and then he just picked up where he left off. By 5 o'clock he'd covered every task amply and done quite a bit of additional painting detailing than we'd expected to have time for, in part because once he figured out the trick to my wall and shelf problem they were up in no time. The work he did was professional and looks great, and I'm very satisfied with it. He's not going to waste your time, and he charges a fair price for his work.

everything was great he was on time he cleaned up after. the work was great to I tried to get other people to do this job before and it didn't pan out. now my trucks fit in the garage better and I don't have to step down going into the garage. I'm perfectly satisfied

Communication was easy, he contacted me a couple of hours of purchasing the deal. But informed me that he will not be able to start the project in over a week. This is a urgent job. Also, his rates were a lot higher then what I thought they should be after the package deal.

Mr. Tindle was prompt, professional and willing to meet and work within a tight timetable. He did great work, was very clean and thorough and thoughtful about the structural requirements. We are very pleased with the results and will be calling him again for more work on this old house!

Service provider promptly contacted me to let me know that he had no availability in the time range that I needed the service. He was very professional.

It was fine. additional cost. It was a bit of a hard sale incorporated with the service that I didn't really expect. I know people use or offer these special price services as a marketing attempts and would like additional service but they were a little bit too much of a hard sale.

They were pretty good and I would say they were a little bit better than middle of the road. The quality of the work was pretty good but the guy wasn't that nice. There was no issue, he just was a little surly. There was a little additional fee and I ended up paying $150 overall.

Mr. Tindle and his employees took on a number of repairs on a recently purchased rental property. His work included minor electrical, structural bracing of both the attic and basement areas, as well as installing and repairing a new bathroom shower and tiling. The work was expensive, but I think the quality and timeliness made it worth the extra cost. Mr. Tindle is very prompt and thorough and made sure to give us ample details about the work he was performing. His renovation of the bathroom was immaculate and very tasteful. He was also very respectful of the tenants privacy and generally pleasant to work with.

As i have mentioned in a previous review I wrote for this provider, Mr.Tindle is efficient, organized, he performs the work on time and he is very attentive to the client's need, as well as to all the details within a project. In a relatively big project such as this one, he took charge of all the necessary work. the price was clearly explained, and although we imagined that there would be some unforeseen complications (its an old house, after all) he kept these at a minimum. he surprised me at every turn with his talents and knowledge. i trusted his decisions completely, and towards the end of the job, when I needed to be out of town, i also trusted him to have everything completed and in place upon my return. I am extremely fortunate to have found Mr Tindle through Angie's List. I cannot praise him enough, and I will definitely make use of his services in the future.
