Description of Work: He spent time to talk to me in detail. He was very personable and likable but after checking with other providers, he rose to the top above all others. On top of this he was the cheapest and with no contract!

+ -1 moreBrian was very punctual, making it to my home before I could. He waited a few minutes for me in my driveway and then came in with me and verified the species of ants we had before treating for them. He took time to explain the chemicals he used, their affect on insects, and their affect on pets and humans. He treated both inside and out and guaranteed his treatment for 3 months. The ants were already showing signs of treatment before he left and were completely gone by the time we got home from the Braves game that night, which was approximately 6 to 8 hours after Brian left. The best part? They've stayed gone!
Description of Work: Treat home for ants and other insects, both inside and out.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with Rescue Pest Management. Brian (the owner) is a professional young man that building his business on customer service and he is eager to please. I'm convinced that he knows what he is doing!
Description of Work: I entered an annual deal with Brian so that quarterly he applies barriers to protect my home from bugs. I also had a rodent problem and he set bait & traps completely explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. He entered both crawl spaces looking for rodent damage, and offered to return regularly if the traps caught anything. he also said that if I see any other pests he would return to exterminate them at no additional charge.
