The entire transaction was smooth, quick and professional. They came out within 2 hours of my call and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me 3 options to correct the problem. I decided to go with a new system. The quote was very competitive and they were able to install my new system in less than a day. Very professional and quick!

Called Rick on a Thursday evening and he arranged to have a technician come to our home first thing next morning. After diagnosing it was the compressor, they tried to rememedy the issue. When it was clear that the compressor was shot, they then called to see if the manufacturer warranty was still in force, which it wasn't. Only after exhausting these options did they recommend a new compressor. When I agreed to have them replace it, they had it done the next business day.

He advised us that our system is being phased out because of the type of coolant it is using. He advised us that at some point, it should be replaced if it keeps leaking coolant because it is not good for the environment and that the EPA only allows a number of times that an AC unit is recharged with Freon. He gave me a reasonable good off-season quote for a whole new system.

Too keep it brief, Rick rocks. He replaced my A/C 8 years ago and did a great, fairly priced job. Has done my periodic maintenance ever since and a couple weeks ago when the old furnace gave up the ghost, I called Rick and he diagnosed the demise and had another furnace ready for install the next day. Highly recommend this guy...

Rick showed up at scheduled time. He kept to quoted priced. Hauled off all trash from old system. Stayed a full hour afterwards to monitor the system to ensure everything was working correctly.

There were no problems scheduling. They came out, knew what they were doing, and did what they said they would. They had some trouble installing the condenser in the attic but still stuck to the quoted price.

This is an honest A/C guy. he has the best prices and has done my A/C work for 2 years. He actually had a weight scale to measure the amount of freon he put in my unit. he cleaned both of my condensors at no charge....this guy is legit.

We called Airman by Raley on 7/21/11 to check our system because it was no longer cooling. Rick and his team came out the same day to find that the compressor in our system was no longer working. Rick was very courteous and knowledgeable, and was able to offer us several different units that would fit within our budget. Rick was very mindful of how hot it was in July and had one of his team members bring us a window unit so we could sleep comfortably through the night. Rick and his team were at our house the next day and within hours, we had our new system fully installed. We have used Airman by Raley to service both, our heating and air units, for many years now and have been please with their quality work and service.
