 + -1 moreWe have a very old unit,We were concerned we would have to replace the unit. Clint was prepared when he arrived, He was so friendly He calmed our nerves.He showed a lot of compassion. If we every need heat and air work done, we now have a company we can trust and depend on!
Description of Work: Furnace stopped working on the first morning we had 20 degree weather.After being cleared by Atl Gas comp for servicing at 10.00am.I was panicking to get heat in the house,My 95yr old dad is under home hospice care,The cold could have been critical. I found Boss heating and air on Angie's list , told the the situation They were right on it assuring me not to worry they were going to take care of my dad.Clint was our tech. He was so caring and worked with a since of urgency! He worked with the consideration not to disturb my dad whom was resting in his bedroom. I called them around 10;30 am, The had the heater repaired area cleaned before 3;00 pm!

 + -1 moreHe put the work in great. After he put the unit in we had issues with it freezing and the blower motor going out. It took him 3 months and my electric bill jumping 450.00 before he answered our phone calls and text messages. I DO NOT recommend him to anyone. This has been by far the worse person we have ever dealt with.
Description of Work: I needed a whole air unit.
