+ -1 moreI am trying to get in touch with them right now for them to come back out and spray. This is the first time I have ever had trouble getting in touch with them. They have always done a great job. I have always been very pleased. I will continue to use them unless the quality of work starts slipping.
Description of Work: I had the interior and exterior of my 2500 square foot home plus a full basement sprayed for general pest and termites. They spray every 3 months.

+ -1 moreI had a few filthy tenants who drew roaches. The Guardian came out to spray any time I called at no extra charge. I had the service for about 7 years, and they never went up in price. I had one particular tenant who had a bad roach infestation, and the Guardian treated the apartment every day or two for two months. They finally got the problem under control and never charged me an extra fee. They are very professional, and I would recommend them every time.
Description of Work: I had a pest control contract with this company for several years at $300 per year. It was on a rental building. They came out every three months and sprayed for any pests, whether present or not.
