Horrible! Go ANYWHERE ELSE to get service! The people who work here are VERY aggressive, give you wrong information, tell you that you need more parts and work done so they can make more money. They are rude and not willing to work with their customers AT ALL! Wish I could give zero stars! They should be out of business! One can only hope... Go somewhere else. Charged me more than $900 for repairs on a 3 year old $1,300 cub cadet tractor. They will rob you blind!! Added: We go pick up our tractor and the big old guy who is a liar asks us not to come back. 🤣🤣🤣 Yea, right! Everything in your store could be FREE and we would never come back. He just further proved my review. Hope this store closes down, and may these people get exactly what they deserve. We don’t need their kind in this world. They pray on customers and steal your money. May they get what the deserve. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

I stopped by on 4.16.18 to see if they could work on my new Troy-Bilt riding mower. They were very pleasant and gave me all the info i needed to schedule a time for them to come pick up my mower for repair. On 4.17.18 they called around 12:30pm to see if it was a good time to come pick up the mower - they arrived in approx 20 minutes and the gentleman who picked it up was friendly and courteous. I did not hear from them until the morning of 4.19.18, but I didn't really expect anything different (plus, I wasn't in a huge hurry). At 9:40am on 4.19.18 they called to let me know what repairs were needed and the cost. I gave them the ok to proceed. At 12:03pm on 4.19.18 they called to let me know the repairs were completed, I gave them payment and they indicated they would return the mower same day, if their schedule allowed (I told them 4.19 or 4.20 was fine with me). At 12.50pm, they called to see if they could bring the mower back to me and they arrived at my house at approx 1:20pm. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their quick service and responsiveness. It was also a huge help to me that they pick up and deliver your equipment - saved me the hassle of renting a trailer. next time I need my mower repaired or serviced, I will definitely be calling Taylor Farm Supply again.

Work was done over a couple of weeks. I called after a week and a half and got the distinct impression that they had not looked at the mower until I called about it. I was told that there was no expected duration and they pointed out that there were mowers in queue from 6 weeks ago. Four days after I made the call, they contacted me to come pick up the mower. Total cost $330. I used the mower for one day and soon the mower would only climb slight inclines in first gear. I called them back and took the mower back to have the work inspected. It is now nearly two weeks after I took the mower back and no word. So out of the last month, I have had a mower for one day.
