Description of Work: Had 3 appointments to show up to cut a tree down. Did not show did not call. I had to call him. I understand there were storms in the area before the 3rd promised date and people in more need. However, if the work had been done as first promised, that would not have been an issue and a call if you are not coming would have been professional. Not showing up and not calling is poor customer service.

+ -1 moreHis was the only ad in the Yellow Pages to include the personal name of the owner. After my call he came out promptly and gave an estimate, which I considered a good price. He said he was very busy and it might be ten days or so. A week later I called him back, and he immediately set up a date. He had a crew of five, and they skillfully took down a large hundred-year-old oak tree in a fairly tight spot next to our house. There were no accidents, though one of their trucks did crack a piece of marble we had over a drain hole. We have others and can replace it, but he did not offer any recompense. They cleaned up well and hauled away all the wood. I was quite satisfied.
Description of Work: He cut down and removed a very large oak tree right next to our house.

Description of Work: I hired them to remove trees. Some of them were very tall and dying. They also ground the stumps down.
