Working with Prestige was a breeze. After much research and quotes with other companies, I appreciated that Horace was honest and direct with us. The work his crew did exceeded our expectations and will def use again if needed.

Horace and Jordan did a wonderful job. They listened to my concerns, proposed a solution and then they executed everything very professionally. The soil and sod was top notch and my erosion problem was fixed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs landscape professionals.

Did a good job of prep and laying the sod. Price was reasonable, maybe not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. Crew worked hard and consistent. Both Horace and Jordan were responsive to my needs and questions. Would recommend.

What began as a great encounter with this company ended with disappointment and I want to share the experience. Make sure you have a clear understanding with Horace before the job starts on how any collateral damage is handled, as it took me four weeks after completion of the job to get a very simple issue resolved. I would have been OK to sign a waiver at the beginning, or even to have been told when I reported the damage, that they were not responsible. But instead, Horace told me he would come back to take care of the damage. I told him thanks and when he came I also wanted to talk about continuing maintenance on the property. But then he was a no-show and no communication until I reached out. This was repeated two more times over the four weeks. And never an apology for the no-shows. The damage was to my neighbor s fence so I was constantly answering to them about what was happening. After two weeks and two no-shows, I bought the fence rails myself and propped them into place to cover the hole. At some point for me, it became more about the principle of keeping your word than about the repair. I am still baffled as to how this friendly, on-time guy would come out, give a great quote, send machinery and a crew which did an awesome job, then become so unprofessional and rude. Horace (or someone) did finally nail in the fence rails two days ago. I was at home all day but was not aware of when he was outside. Guess he forgot we were supposed to discuss ongoing maintenance of the property… Just as well.

He can do landscaping, but not hardscape. I wish I could post pictures of when Horace said my backyard was done - you would not hire them. I had to call them back a number of times to have them finish the job. Not detail-oriented, but at least he finished the work, however, it does not look that we spent what we did on our backyard. Pavers were not laid correctly - edges and corners were sloppy, metal exposed from a paved patio. They finally agreed to fix all of the issues, although aesthetically speaking, definitely not the best work I have hired from home advisor.

Very professional and timely in executing the work once the invoice was approved. The cost was reasonable and the team leads were knowledgeable and anwswed all my questions and concerns.

Horace and his team removed old grass & weeds and installed 6-7 pallets of Zoysia sod. It looks great! After about 5-6 weeks, one small section (1/2 pallet) just refused to take, so Horace had his guys replace it with new cut sod. They are professional, responsive, accessible, timely, and offered great service for a very fair price! I will not hesitate to use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them - you won't regret it! Great Job!!
