I decided to do something different but if I decide later to do sod I would use them. Very professional and quick response.

Horace and his team were very prompt and professional! They did grading and sod in my large backyard! They did an exceptional job and I am actually going to hire for some additional landscaping needs!! They are simply awesome!! Horace responded to each and every text message and email that I sent him in a very timely manner. I never felt like I was bothering him with my multitude of questions. He was very patient and very knowledgeable! Simply the best!! Call him! I promise you ll be just as happy as I am!!!

My elderly father hired Horace in good faith to install sod for him. Horace did a great job on the front yard but the backyard is another story. It died within months of installing. My husband and I tried to help. But getting Horace to help is a different story. He came out (once) to look at the yard and we discussed options with him. He took pictures of the dead sod and told us that since it was only two palettes he did not see a problem in having them replaced. We never heard from him after that. We continued to email him, asking when he would come out and when could the pallets be replaced. Each time all he told us were empty promises. He has completely ignored our last inquiry. So $2000 later, my elderly father has **dead leaves sod** in his backyard. And frankly, I believe Horace took advantage of him.

A few months after contracting with Prestige to install new sod in an average size back yard, it became apparent the whole lawn was uneven. When I called the owner to address the matter, he agreed to come check it out but never did and soon quit taking my calls and texts. After a full summer of trying to level up the low spots on my own, I realized the grading damage was beyond the scope of homeowner repair. After posting a negative but honest review about my experience, he finally called me back to discuss. In an angry fit of rage, he outright dismissed my concerns and declared he only stands behind his work for thirty days. All quotes I have received to correct the problems state that re-grading and re-sodding the lawn will be required. The yard had a gentle slope that just needed sod, but now it has large low areas in between high humps that do not drain adequately. I am sure this is an isolated incident, but a blatant lack of attention to detail, quality assurance and customer service is undeniable in this case.

An absolute pleasure!!! Finally, a company who met and EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! Upon the installation of a new septic drain field, we needed a heaping yard of mud graded, 9 pallets of sod reinstalled and 5,250 square feet of wood chips hauled in and distributed. From the initial call to Prestige Landscape Group, we were impressed with Mr. Horace Jonesâ manners and knowledge! He consistently referred to us as Mr. and Mrs. and showed us the utmost respect. While we knew what we wanted, he was also able to answer our questions and make suggestions as neededâ ¦ and trust me, I particularly had MANY QUESTIONS!!! As for punctuality, when we made an appointment, Mr. Jones showed up as expected or even a little earlier than expected! Likewise, his crew always showed up as scheduled. From the delivery of the brown river sand and sod to the wood chips, Mr. Jones had everything timed out perfectly!!! Of course, we were aware that inclement weather could delay the project some (You canâ t work with mud!), but we were fortunate and had great weather for the work to get completed in the time frame estimated! And the crewâ ¦ WOW!!! They worked efficiently and effectively, producing quality work from the moment they arrived to when they departed! They deserve praise for their dedication to completing the job and exceeding our expectations as I, more so than most, am difficult to please!!! Mr. Horace Jones and his crew are without a doubt a company worth hiring for your landscaping needs. Should we ever have any additional landscaping needs, we will certainly give Prestige Landscape Group a call! We will recommend them to friends and family too as projects arise! Horace was great! The entire process took a week. I scheduled an estimate and he explained the process, gave me several options and sent the estimate quickly. I took a couple of days to consider it and he installed the sod the next day. He bought the irrigation and timers that I needed and set all of it up. I will certainly hire this company again.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of everyone at Prestige Landscape Group, from the owner to the crew. They worked quickly but didnâ t take any short cuts, ensuring the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. They also did a great job cleaning up after their work was completed, which seems to be a rarity these days. I highly recommend Horace and his team to anyone.

Horace and his team were very professional. He discussed the different sod choices for my lawn and explained the steps for installation and timelines for completion. After installation, he returned to my home, on two occasions, to assist me in setting up my sprinkler system watering schedule. One of those days was after church on a Sunday. All the other 5-star rated services were similar in pricing when I received their estimates- but the difference in hiring Prestige was the elevated customer service. I highly recommend them.

The owner and his staff were very friendly, I have not seen people work so hard, they did my whole backyard in one day, and it looks so beautiful!!! I definitely recommend this company if you want 5 star service!!! It was an amazing experience to see the transformation in my backyard!!!!

Horace was great to work with. We have had some really bad experiences with contractors lately, but this was great. If you want to hire someone with integrity that goes the extra mile to make you happy, and does it on time at a good price, then hire Prestige. Would highly recommend.
