The workmanship was great, however, the color sealer is not holding up in the shower. As of 8/27/20 I have left two phone messages and he has not returned my call to discuss my peeling color sealer
Description of Work: The 3 year old grout in our master bath shower was crumbling and molding. Grout Magic repaired it and our shower looked brand new when Chad completed the repair work. He gave us a verbal warranty for the color sealer with a promise of sending a written one. It took about 2 months and persistent phone calls to receive a written invoice and written warranty. And I will mention it was handwritten as opposed to a computer generated one. For a company that had been in business for 20 years, you would think they would have had a more professional method of handling invoices etc.
