Thanks to Casey, I now have an understanding on how a septic tank should be correctly pumped. He explained the baffle, solids, filter & etc. I now know at least 2 of the previous pumps were done incorrectly and from the wrong end with the baffle being in the middle and we did not get our moneys worth with the gallons pumped. Very honest. I wrote the check for more than what he said. When he finished the paper work and came back to give it to me he brought this to my attention. I will be using them again and referring them to friends. He even took the time to explain what he was doing.

Explains the job to you up front so there are not surprises. Dug up my yard and grass was neatly placed back, wasn't a messy job at all. No issues.

I cannot say enough about this company. Casey called me several times to work out a time as well as explanations of what he would do when he started work on the tank. He helped me understand how the system works, what he could do to clean and repair it. His kind manner added a feeling of having an expert to help with the problems. The tech was very professional and friendly. He was prompt and on time and patiently waited for me to arrive 10 minutes later due to illness. He explain the procedure as well as how to care for the septic tank to avoid future problems. He left my yard looking good as it did before the work. I am totally satisfied with the fair price with no surprise hike in price and will surely use him in the future!
