Casey was a pleasure to work with- he followed up, he came to the appointment as agreed. He answered all our questions and then some. He took his time, he made our grass look as though nothing had taken place- which was my husbands concern. We will definitely be using him again. I hired Elite Septic to give me a second opinion after another company told me that I needed $1800 worth of service to my septic tank. Casey opened the tank and immmediately informed me that the other company was attempting to rip me off. I am so happy that I hired Elite Septic, they saved me loads of much needed money and did great work. Honest people and great to work with.

Our septic tank had started overflowing in the morning. We called around with companies all saying it’ll be a week. Called Casey and he said he will be there that day no matter what. Sure enough Casey came through for us. He got there at around 6 pm on a Friday all the way from Lawrenceville after cleaning his storage tank out in Cartersville. This man is the definition of a one man band. He works for himself by himself. Has all the equipment to do the job right. Found a clog in our drainage pipe and unclogged it at no extra charge. He went above and beyond to fix it. He found the problem of why it gets clogged and gave us a good price on fixing it so we will definitely call him back. He spent maybe an hour getting it all back in working order and it works perfect. Hell tell you what you need to do it yourself if you get in a bind for money. And told us different things to prevent clogs. We greatly appreciate it. He is also military friendly.
