Very Knowledgeable & helpful

We were very happy with Elite Septic! He was not only on time, but he took extra time to explain to us our septic tank and how it functioned, what to look for, what not to do etc. We had never had our tank pumped and lived in an older home, but he made us relieved when he took the time to really go over what we were seeing. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

My husband is so picky about the yard so I was nervous when Casey said he may have to dig up a small amount of grass but you can't even tell he was here. Thanks Casey!!

I learned more from him today than I did in a lifetime about septic tanks, including how they work. It didn't take very long to clean It at all. He did such a great job that it doesn't even look as though he did any digging. Everything was almost perfectly put back in place, including the grass. He is professional, kind, prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. The price is extremely reasonable. I would not consider using any other company after my experience with Casey and Elite Septic. I highly recommend this company to others. You get so much more for your money.

Very professional and courteous. Within minutes of setting the appointment they called me to confirm. They showed up on time, explained exactly what was to be done and why. Afterwards, they returned my yard to its original condition with very little evidence they were even there. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
