The tech was very polite, professional, courteous, and had a genuine concern for the problem at hand. He offered some low cost solutions instead of suggesting high cost repairs. He was honest and did not want to see money spent that was unnecessarily needed. I was very surprised and happy with the solution presented. I told him if our issue returns we will explore the more highly cost solution and that he would be the one I would call to get the job done! I felt like he was more concerned with my problem than looking at the bottom line. Highly recommended!

I just had the most amazing experience with Elite Septic. I was told that I needed a new top to my septic tank. When they arrived he took the time to show me why I did not. He could easily have done the job and collected money for something I didn't need. In a world of service around things that I don't fully understand, I'm glad to know I've met an honest vendor that I can trust. I plan on using him for any issue in the future.

Casey is the best - utterly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he gets the job done! He constantly updated me as to when he would arrive and was very timely. He focused solely on me the customer even ignoring his cell phone during our conversations. He explained everything that he was doing and even though he had to go above and beyond to service my 60 year old system, his price never waivered even though I thought it should have. He had some optional recommendations, gave me a fair estimate on the spot and then went on to say we could do it next week, next year or never depending on my needs.
