Description of Work: was recommended by the bome warranty company to repair a valve stem on our tub. After they came out they said the part had to be ordered. After calling them several times they said they were going to order something else but had to get it authorized thru the warranty co. There was some miscommunication between the two companies but once we agreed to pay the amt not covered the part was ordered. That was in early December. They keep telling me the part should take 3-5 days but thst was so long ago. Last time I called I heard the same story and that was on 12/29/15. This is terrible customer service. I have since asked the warranty co to send someone else out.

Description of Work: replaced two 50 gallon water heaters with one 75 gallon water heater. They had to reconfigure the pipes from the water and gas lines and replaced the pressure tank. They did a very good job making everything neat and clean with the new pipes.
