+ -1 moreThey were out and the problem solved within 6 hours!! Also, I called 2 other HVAC companies, neither of which had as good of ratings, and neither of which were able to come out as soon!
Description of Work: Last night we smelled burning electrical wires. We determined the smell to be coming from the A/C or air handler. We turned off power to both at the breaker and called Merrell this morning. They were out and the problem solved within 6 hours!!

Description of Work: They do not work on window units but they moved a working unit from one end of the house to replace a non functional unit. They were very kind and managed to work me in on the same day I called. They were very polite and considerate and their work exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They replaced two capaciters in our unit. They installed our system 12 years ago and we have had very little problems with it. We also have a heat pump and gas furnace from them.
