+ -1 moreMy 84-year old mother was charged $800 for Bryant's Plumbing Services, 204 Farmington Trace, Carrollton, GA to cut a hole in the shower insert and replace a small section of copper pipe with another type pipe. If the parts and materials used cost $100, which I doubt, the labor charged for the one and half our job was $467 and hour! That is ridiculous!! When I called Mr. Bryant he said it was too bad I thought he had taken advantage of my elderly mother by price gouging the cost of the job and he told me not to ever call him back. He doesn't have to worry about that. I very strongly suggest no person ever call him to repair plumbing. He charges by the job, not by the hour. Therefore, you are at his mercy as to how much he thinks you can afford to pay him.
Description of Work: Repair of leak behind bathroom shower fixtures.

+ -1 moreTerrible. They have the biggest ad in the yellow page of Carrolton area, but I'd look someone else.
Description of Work: We had two services from this company. The second service would not have been necessary if they did not mess up our hot pipe system in the first place. The first service on April 2009 was to install water line to the fridge through the crawl space. The new piping leaked, and I had to have them come over again in the next day or so (and months later it still leaks!!). But that was not the worst part. They messed with our hot water system that went from our water heater to the bath room. It leaked hot water, but we did not realized the leak until we saw our electricity and water bill tripling and quadrupling in the next month! Unfortunately we were out of town so we could not do anything after the first bills. Once we came back home, the problem was still continuing. We checked the crawl space to find hot water making steady flow of river! If our house did not have any crawl space it would have damaged the floor as well. We called Bryant's again and they said that our pipe was old, and they replaced the pipe. But the pipe was doing fine until they came in April! We paid a total of $800 to them in addition to the tripled/quadrupled electricity and water bills for the next two months. I do not want to see them in our house ever again.
