Excellent work

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night and I called for service on Monday, Columbus Day. I was worried that I might have to wait or pay a holiday emergency fee, but Air Logic was able to come out the same day with no extra fee. He was at the house by noon and had the job done super fast. He checked his work and didn't leave until he was sure the problem had been fixed. Very polite, professional, and knowledgable. Thanks, Air Logic!

The next day, we realized that we were not happy with the thermostat and found one we liked better. Josh and Brad returned only a couple days later and replaced it. Very competent and pleasant workers. Now we are wishing we had ordered a furnace with a humidifier so we are contacting them again to find out about adding a humidifier to the furnace.

Josh and Brian came back the next day and installed the carbon monoxide detector, cleaned out the lint from the dryer, and replaced the garbage disposal. In so doing Josh discovered a leak in the washing machine when he pulled out the dryer. So that will now have to be replaced, too. Yes, I then called the insurance company. We would highly recommend Air Logic in Sharpsburg, Georgia. They were courteous, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, well-trained, competent, pleasant. Is that enough or more than enough? :-) Yes, we would call them again!!

Josh replaced our outdoor AC unit, indoor furnace, and evaporating coil. In addition to doing all of this intended work, he also fixed our dryer vent, replaced a cracked vent pipe, and reworked some shoddy duct work by previous contractors free of charge! Very punctual, honest, and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

He was absolutely wonderful. I plan on using him going forward. I saw the big deal on Angie's List, and I called him one evening, when my air conditioning went out, and he came the next day even before 12. He worked me in between a couple of clients of his, and he was very professional, he gave suggestion. I have since had to call him back for another service, and again, he was very prompt. He was quick, and he had everything on his truck at the time. I couldn't have asked for more. I purchased the big deal, and I may have had to pay $50 for whatever he did, but the big deal price cut the cost substantially. He is going to come out in October to make sure my heating is in order for the winter.

Josh came out a second time to check the unit. He determined we needed to vent the attic and referred us to someone he trusted. He offered to do the attic vents (temp controlled) himself if his reference couldn't do it.

I left a message Friday afternoon and within 5 minutes received a call back from Josh. Made an appointment for that Monday morning and he arrived promptly to tune/inspect my 2 A/C units and add Freon to 1 unit. I also had him quote me a price to redirect some of our ductwork to a different A/C unit. Josh was very patient, professional and thorough in his explanations. I would absolutely use him again and appreciate how easy the process was from start to finish.

Turns out there were two problems, the electric motor on the furnace went out as did the AC compressor. Josh replaced the compressor in about 2.5 hours. He was very fair on pricing and I watch the entire remove and replace process. He was fast and very professional answering all of my questions. The bulk of the time was taken by having to vacuum out the existing R-22 refrigerant. After which the rest of the replacement went very quickly. It has been 2 days and the system is running just fine.

Absolute great service and the best prices around! These guys just changed out my entire unit and out of 6 quotes ....they were by far the best! Very pleased!

A real gem. Very professional, very quick response, overall great service. A nice and knowledgeable young man starting his own business, focused on quality service. I realize that these are a lot of superlatives; however, I assure that I never laid eyes on or had any contact with this provider prior to the call yesterday and the service this morning.

I am very satisfied with his work. I was concerned about a drip I noticed on the outside of the house after he left and I called to ask about it. Josh came right back and took care of it without charging me even though it was a preexisting condition. I will call him again and highly recommend to others.

On time, quick to resolve the issue that a previous company thought was just low freon. Less than 250 for the quick resolution. Friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. I recommend Air Logic for all of your future needs as they will be my first stop if anything comes up again!

I called before 9am and shortly after lunch Josh called ahead of his scheduled arrival. His appearance and demeanor were professional and he was very polite. After quickly getting to inspecting our ac unit and thermostat he spoke with me and my wife straight forward and honestly. He informed me of the rate he would be charging and it was obvious he wasn't taking us for a ride. Josh finished the job quickly and left no mess. I really appreciated the fact that it is his company, he answered the phone, arrived on the job promptly, completed everything quickly and professionally and was honest. I wouldn't hesitate in using Air Logic again and would highly recommend.

After dealing with a malfunctioning unit for the past 2 years I have contacted several heating and air companies and Josh @ Air Logic was by far the most knowledgeable and honest. I received several quotes from various companies and they were all offering 13 seer units in the 5k-6k range on a 3.5 ton system. Josh absolutely blew everyone's price out of the water. Not only was the price excellent but he and his co-worker took the time to carefully explain everything I had a question about. They were very punctual and extremely kind to my wife and daughter while they cleaned out our ducts and made sure they took the time to answer any questions my wife and 4yr old daughter had. He made the entire process as stress free as it could have been for as much work as we needed. I will continue to recommend Josh to every friend and family member who needs any kind of heating and air work.

Called Airlogic based on a recommendation from a family friend. This is the first time I ever used Airlogic. Josh Harper showed up on time to give my AC unit a fresh charge and tune up. I know absolutely nothing about Heating and Air. Josh explained to me in detail how my AC unit worked and what was recommended to keep it running perfect. Thank God for honest people. After getting a quote from one company, a family friend recommended we talk to Josh Harper at Air Logic. Josh called me that afternoon to schedule a time to inspect our HVAC system. He was willing to come by that evening, but we decided early the next morning was best for the both of us. So, bright and early Josh was crawling underneath my house to give me an estimate. (He crawled out a lot dirtier than he went in) His quote was less $$ with more tonnage and BTU's. They could also install that Friday! (the other guy couldn't start until Tuesday) His crew showed up at 5pm Friday night and were done by 10pm. Josh chose to work late to not only provide a cool house for my family, but to also spend time with his family the next day celebrating his son's birthday. This impressed me the most! A business that cares about the customer, but also understands the importance of family. They were very courteous and professional. Josh even texted me the next few days to be sure all was well. We are very pleased with the experience and will gladly recommend Air Logic to all my family and friends!
