The employees were very friendly and delivered our items promptly, The washer and dryer were obviously used--the dryer lint tray had not even been cleaned out. Our kitchen is all white but the only refrigerators available were an older white one with rust spots and a new black one. We took the black one but it looked odd in our kitchen. Had I been buying appliances, I would not have chosen these particular ones. When the appliances from my former home became available, we moved them here and went to Aaron's store in person after waiting on hold for the manager for 20 minutes. He very reluctantly agreed to take the merchandise back and assured me that the automatic payments from my bank account would be stopped.I called and went into the store on Monday 3/26/12 and the manager said they would be here Wed,3/28 after 4 PM. They did not come or call. Thursday we called again. They weren't sure they could here that day so the pick-up for setup for Fri.morning 3/30. Then on April 1, Aaron's automatic payment was taken out of my account. It had been a week since that manager assured me the payment would not go through. I just spoke to the manager again today 4/2, and he assured me the money will be refunded and should show up in my account within 3 business days. So far he has not shown himself to be a man of his word and I would never do business with that store again as long as he is the manager.
