Description of Work: Started with bulb replacement but identified that both the mount and projector were damaged. Will recommended a new projector and mount and after I purchased the projector he came out and installed both. Very responsive to the fact that I had company coming in the next week and he came out late in the day even though he was going on vacation the next day.

He went above and beyond to help me when i had issues with Several new TV's i was trying to get installed. Came back and made sure the replacement got hung up correctly. The sound system is great, no need for going to the theater anymore! Would definantly recommned.

Description of Work: William set up my new TV, sound bar, and DVD player on my wireless network after he reconfigured it. He also set up a Harmony remote control and provided great instructions with it. He checked to make sure that all devices were working with both the primary and secondary TV's. He is very responsive about returning calls or texts. William was extremely nice and the dogs loved him. He made certain that everything was neat and tidy before he left. He was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use him in the future. A very positive experience.

Description of Work: He installed a large flat screen TV on a bracket that tilts and he relocated the outlets behind the TV. He did a professional job. I would highly recommend him.
