I was having trouble with getting new programs to work on my PC and William was so nice to take the time to help me. He helped explain why they weren't working, helped me make sure I got them working, and was patient and kind the entire time. He helped explain things in layman's terms so I could understand them, since computers are not my thing, and he never once got annoyed with all my questions. He helped resolve my issues in a timely fashion and I feel like I can handle it all now. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of help with their PC or any other area he is an expert at. Thanks so much William!

I signed up for the special deal from William David Design Group. Called to make the appointment. I was told he would be there. Nobody showed up. I called again.....they said they would come. We set another time. Nobody showed up. I called again and was told they would call me back......NOTHING!!! This company sucks and stole my money!!!!!

I have had some good experiences, but recently it has been kind of bad. I called them and it has been a while since he returned my call. I saw the thing on Angie's List and I bought it. I haven't been able to use it yet. I bought two from them, the first one I used; it was great. He is a little long on getting out to the house to do any work, but once he gets here he does good work. One the last one I called him and we keep playing phone tag. I have not had him come out and actually do the work yet. It has been, like, five or six months. If I used him again in the future I would have to have some conversation with him.

I am extremely pleased with the process and end result of this project. I have an updated system that is user friendly and is so much more of an entertainment system then it ever was initially. I highly recommend William!

It went extremely well. The whole system hasn't worked this well in years. And it is now extremely neat and organized. William is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and informative. This is the 2nd project I have done with William and I am extremely pleased and thankful I have finally found someone who takes the time and has the skill to do the job the right way.

After several mis-tries in scheduling an appointment time/date. The provider arrived and installed my television over my fireplace. He was very professional, and cleaned up the mess as he worked. He gave great suggestions for other electronics that I have. The job was completed in a quick time frame, and he setup the devices as they were before he installed the television. The only issue I had with this provider, is that he needs a better, more professional business process, so that he could schedule and stay on track with his appointments.

It went okay. He did a good job but he tried to find something to charge us for. I didn't like his professionalism very much.

It did not go well. It was a big deal of $99 which I had paid for upfront. The price was fine.

He fixed the picture on our main TV so that it was brighter and filled the screen. He installed our DVR so that it will record shows and will play back recordings from DVDs. He did this very well and explained what he was doing as he did it. I am not very digitally oriented so I didn't get full value from his teaching. I would need that info in writing so I could refer back to it for it to be useful to me. Half of what he did and said was gone by the time he left. He also installed my new router and made sure my computer was on the new network. That went quite well. However, after he left I found he had hooked the router power to the on/off switch that turns the computer off at night. I took that occasion to rewire the whole computer/router/modem/printer complex(we have four computers and two printers). I also forgot to ask him to put the other computers and the printers on the network, so that had to be done. I would feel much better about the job if he had noticed the other computers in the office and offered to do them at his regular charges. In summary the provider is very competent and does a fine job and the price was more than reasonable-a bargain. I was happy with the results.

CONTACTED PROVIDER TO INSTALL EQUIPMENT IN LIVING ROOM AND HOME THEATER. VERY PERSONABLE ON PHONE. SCHEDULED FOR LATER IN WEEK. I CALLED NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM AND WAS TOLD HIS FAMILY WAS SICK AND WE NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.... NO PROBLEM. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I AGAIN CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM A TIME. WAS TOLD HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME SHORTLY WITH A TIME. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. SCHEDULED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND VERY HAPPY.

William did a wonderful job with this project. It covered 3 different visits due to the scope of all the work we had done. The cost also includes the purchase of the sound system as well as all the installation. The speakers have the best sound quality I have ever experienced. The TV installation was coordinated when AT&T was here to do their installation too. Overall, we cannot be happier.

He was great. He actually came out twice to finish the job. The first time, he hung the 32" TV but his supplier sent the wrong hanger. It looked fine, except it did not allow anything to be put behind the TV, ie, Chrome, Amazon Firestick. I re-scheduled and he came back out with the right bracket and hung the TV and it looks great.

He contacted me immediately through Angie's List and I gave him a contact number. He said he would call me right away and did not. I had to reach out again to give him my information. He reached out I gave him some dates that would work for me, but did not get a reply to schedule.

He came up with creative solutions to our problems/challenges and did a very professional-looking installation. He was very efficient and had the job completed in a timely manner.

William was awesome. He gave me recommendations in different price ranges so I could choose within my budget (which was only $2,500). My home theatre is now a theatre experience, not just a big screen tv. Highly recommend him.

William Parr mounted a television for me recently. I have a 25 year old house that could handle a television above the fireplace but had no existing electrical outlet in place, I purchased the $99 mounting special through Angies List but ended up paying approximately $350 because I purchased the mounting hardware from William and he had to tap into existing wiring (no easy task and he did so beautifully and seamlessly) in order to build an electrical outlet above the fireplace. He even took care of unsightly old cable dangling from the exterior of my home and made sure all existing cords were covered and up to code at no charge. William is very friendly and was punctual with our appointments. I would have given him an A overall but we had some scheduling issues with long periods of no contact in the beginning. However, I was probably just as much at fault for this as he was. Overall, I would use William again.

Nothing happened. No service was provided and he took my funds

It went very well. I thought it was a simple matter of putting a bracket on the wall and attaching the TV to it, but William came for a pre-installation visit to look at the bracket I bought and the whole setup (TV, sound bar, DVD player, cable box). He suggested a better bracket that would allow the sound bar to attach to the bracket, just below the TV, so both the TV and sound bar could move together. When he came for the installation it went quickly, he did a great job, connected everything up to ensure it was all working, and cleaned up. He is great to work with, brings a lot of expertise and I highly recommend him.

William was very nice and came out the day after our initial contact. He fixed several things with my home theater that had been setup incorrectly and setup my Roku very quickly. I will definitely use him in the future! Thanks!

It was difficult connecting with the company. However, after we connected, and decide on a date and time I was more than pleased with the results. Mr. Parr was very professional in his approach. He kept the work area clean, and did not damage the furniture. When he was finished, it looked as if the TV was on the wall all along. Great job. My Directv installation was scheduled for the same day, immediately after the mounting of the TV. Mr. Parr was very good at explaining what he was doing and also what to expect from our Directv installer. He, Mr Parr, was spot on in his description of the Directv installer. The directv installer was A #1 in performing the install. I will use him again to install my security system.

William is wonderful to work with and very helpful. Everything went well and he was punctual, professional and very efficient. I highly recommend his services should you ever need a home theatre/tv installation. He provide exceptional work. I have used him several times and he always provides excellent services.
