Very well! A very detailed job was performed and we have not had the flying squirrels return and hope they do not :) We paid for a one year warranty on the service just in case the animals do come back. Very responsive and helpful when it came to coming to the house when we were available and always called us back quickly.

I called Shinya for an estimate. I have a 2 story house with plenty of roof edge. I was at work so he dealt with my wife for the estimate and met her with when he started the work - and he completed a fine job. I waited on my review to see if the squirrel(s) I knew was in attic would come back and get in. A couple of weeks past and a squirrel(s) returned. Well it sounded like it gave the house a good going over. I heard it for about 45 minutes trotting in the gutters to different sections of the house, but it was unable to find a way in and it has not returned. I had inspected the work Shinya completed and noted a very fine professional job. He did as he promised, and if I was to move I would certainly invite him back to close up my home again. He is knowledgeable of his profession - I learned some valuable information from him as he did not repeat back to me what I already learned in research.

These guys did an excellent job. They went above and beyond my expectations. They had to drive a ways to get here from their business location. They had to get really high up to get to the gutters, but there were no extra costs. They were courteous and efficient. Can't beat that with a stick.

Well I'm learning that with Angie's List is most of the stuff that they're offering is just a bait to get in your house and once they get in your house then the price is definitely going to go up. It was fine but it ended up costing me a whole lot of money. He was immediate, he did a great job, but his price was too high for what I actually had done and because I felt like I needed it urgently and I paid the high, you know.

I had been fighting probems with rats getting in my house for years. I finally gave up when my dog attacked one in my kitchen and it Crawled under my dishwasher and died. Shinya came out removed it and gave me a fair price to do do the exclusion service. He went above and beyond and did much more than we had discussed for the same price. He placed traps and came back weekly until there were no more critters. We have now gone through a complete winter with nary a sign of any critters. What a huge relief. Shinya not only does incredible work, he takes the time to explain what is going on and why the critters keep coming back once they get in. I just wish I had done this sooner. Over the years I probably spent as much as I paid Shinya buying every trap imaginable. I would recommend shinya and his work to anyone.
